NORMAL, Ill. — McLean County Unit District 5 in Normal, Ill., will depend on First Student to deliver students safely to and from school during the 2015-16 school year and beyond. The district recently awarded the company a new three-year contract.

The buses travel nearly two million miles a year and deliver more than 10,000 students to 23 schools in the district.
