CINCINNATI— First Student, the nation’s leader in student transportation, will maintain its long-term relationship with Springfield Public Schools in Massachusetts for the 2014-2015 school year and beyond. The company has been awarded a new five-year contract to provide school transportation for the district. First Student has worked with Springfield Public Schools for the past 15 years.

The contract between First Student and Springfield Public Schools begins in July. The agreement includes the operation, maintenance and management of a fleet of nearly 250 vehicles.
