CINCINNATI—First Student is teaming up with Fox 19 and KISS 107 to help Cincinnati-area students receive school supplies as part of Project Backpack. The goal of the campaign is to collect enough school supplies to fill more than 1,000 backpacks for students supported by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati, the Brighton Center and Inner City Youth Opportunities.
Donations can be made in person at two live broadcast events in July and August as well as Remke Market locations across Cincinnati. School supplies for students from kindergarten through high school are needed.
First Student will provide a bus to collect donations from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on:
- Monday, July 28 at Remke Markets in Crestview Hills
- Monday, August 4 at Rookwood Commons in Norwood
Since 2005, the Backpack Attack has helped more than 10,000 Cincinnati-area children receive the supplies they need for school.
