    First Student Charter Provides Shuttle Service for 2011 Amgen Tour of California

    First Student Charter Bus Rental, a division of First Student, the nation's leader in student transportation, provided shuttle service for the 2011 Amgen Tour of California, the largest cycling event in North America. The company was chosen to provide transportation to VIPs, media and staff during Stage 7 of the Tour event, the highest attended stage of the race, held in late May. First Student provided 18 mini buses for eight hours to shuttle more than 600 passengers to and from Mt. Baldy in the Angeles National Forest to view the race.
